Street Fighter II Movie playthrough (SEGA Saturn)

This interactive click 'em up was only released in Japan, for the Playstation and Saturn. You get to play as a cyborg sent by Vega to monitor fighters from across the world, and have to take pictures of them to make yourself stronger. By taking picture of a character fighting, such as them punching, kicking or performing a special move, it'll increase your powers.
That's the plan anyway. See I'm not 100% how this game is supposed to work. The reason you want to get stronger is to be able to fight Ryu at the end, but even though I seemed to take photos at the right time, my cyborg was still fairly weak, and his speed of movement is terrible. I don't know how you're supposed to speed him up.
At the end of the game the gameplay style changes to traditional Street Fighter, as you have to fight Ryu. The cyborg has all of Ken's moves from Super Street Fighter II X. You can also try out a practice mode, where you fight a holographic Ryu (shown near the start of this video).
This game uses a lot of clips from Street Fighter II Movie, including some new footage created just for the game -this includes a scene where Gouki (Akuma) throws a fireball at you and another where Ryu looks around briefly before he practices his shoryuken. There was one new scene I unfortunately don't know how to get -during Chun-Li's fight against Balrog, you can see her throw a fireball at him, but I didn't get it.
There are three endings to the game. The one I got is shown if you beat Ryu at the end of the game. This ending has Vega seemingly become the new US president, when Ryu appears again to challenge him.
One ending sequence is shown if you lose to Ryu -if this happens then the ending shows Ryu and Ken teaming up to fight Vega and beating him, just like in the movie. The final ending will play should you beat Ryu with a perfect -in this ending the cyborg decides to turn on Vega and kill him. You can see this ending here:

This game was only released in Japan. From what I've read Capcom possibly planned to release it in America, as at some game show they had a preview version called "Street Fighter II: The Interactive Move" available to play, but it was never released.
I've yet to play the Playstation version. People say that it's the same game, but with higher video quality, so that might be the version to go for if you really want to play this.
