streetpass princeton's first event details
20Here is the outline for all the activities at the event:
2pm: Starting of event introductions
3pm: QR code contest
3:30pm second round of food will be out for late attending people
5pm: raffle for people that filled out surveys will be done
6pm event finished
Some side notes about the event
The picture contest will be conducted during the event and the winner will be announced a week after. There will be AR cards set up around the room along with tables with ar cards and dolls/figurines to take picture will so we hope you come up with some creative pics!
Winner will receive a 5 dollar gamestop gift card (just for taking the best pic!)
Door/Survey prizes
The raffle is for people that fill out the survey which is a short 5 question survey aimed at better catering the needs of the members of streetpass Princeton.

There will be a assortment of qr codes around the room and the first 2-4 people depending on the size of the event will enter a elimination round of super street fighter 4 3d edition which will rounds will be posted on youtube, and facebook. any one with out street fighter will be given a copy to play in the final round of the contest
The winner will receive a gamestop gift card, Poster and AR card of their choice.
Marketing contest rules:
You have to make at least one of the following video, blog, or wall post about the event.
You must post a link in your piece about the facebook page
The video,blog,wall post will be graded on the following areas:
Content of the article
Level of traffic it brings to the page ( I can tell this though facebook insights)
How entertaining the article/video was
The winner will receive a 30 dollar gamestop gift card, they will be highlighted on the facebook, and twitter page.
Also final reminder that the event is only 5 days away. Don't forget to invited and tell everyone about the event that has a Nintendo 3ds!
