I have done full game speedruns of this on Easy but I usually get a B rank for being more reckless and taking hits at the worst time, losing valuable score combo bonuses.

This video is a rare case where Skate will be using his Forward Special a lot more frequently over his powerful blitz move, the main reasons are:
1) The move is invincible to most attacks (really important extend combo)
2) The HP Penalty mechanic on Easy is really, really minor, along with the enemies' lower HP averages it's usually possible to take them all out in a section before eating food.
