Path of Exile 3.17, strength stacking Occultist. This build is carried by two skills: battlemage cry + Iron Will. Iron Will allows you to apply strength's damage bonus to spell damage bonus, and battlemage further applies this spell damage bonus to attack.

There are several important lessons I learned from multiple times of Simulacrum failures. To farm Simulacrum, prioritize
+ cap chaos resistance. The most dangerous damage mods are all chaos related, e.g., physical as extra chaos, chaos resistance penetration;
+ critical strike immunity. The most common reason for one shot. Given the super high mob density in Simulacrum, you will get critical strikes for sure;
+ stun immunity. If stunned even for half a second, you may die....
