There is no food in this map, so you will have to rely on stone to buy it. The AIs are not aggressive here so this is actually an easy map. You will grind to a crawl at first because of food shortage but once you have enough stone income, you will be able to buy your way out of the food shortage.

I recommend taking out at least 1 enemy lord first, because this will free up more stone reserves for you to use. The northern lord seems to be vulnerable, so I bought some crossbow men (Around 10) and some knights. Bring your lord with you because he has the extra attack power and armor and use him to kill the enemy lord along with some knights.

Once you've taken out the enemy lord, get his stone reserves and focus on your economy. Your ally is in the middle, so place your crossbow men on his ramparts. Once you've mined enough stone and iron, make swordsmen and crossbow men as well as fire ballista and then push out to defeat the rest of the enemies.
