When we last left off, we were working on a greatsword technique. The greatsword is already a slow weapon, but this technique takes it to a whole new level. While it has the potential to hit really hard, we often times take too much damage to make it worth it. We still manage to master the technique, but the next one for our blunderbuss may be even worse. Not only is it a low damage technique (I know I could raise the damage by using our ammo) but it is also expensive. It causes us to fire our gun a bit more rapidly, but costs 80mp/s. Basically we can fire seven or eight low damage shots that barely manage to kill anything. If that was the only problem, then so be it. However, the gun has a nasty issue of shooting over the heads of smaller enemies. Even enemies that are bigger, if they move around much, we have to try to stay on the same level of them for the few seconds of the technique we get. When all is said and done, I can't wait to have this technique mastered. We do end up taking on a boss, a giant hand, that gives us the ability to use a giant hand to move some of the obstacles we have been faced with. This unlocks a new path for us to explore.
