Stunt Racer 64 for the Nintendo 64. Skinner and A-Bomb
I picked up this 2000 Blockbuster exclusive in 2001 when my local Phoenix AZ location was selling off its games. Lucky find. A-Bomb takes a spin around a track in one-player, then around the 4:00 mark we try a head-to-head race. The loop de loop proved to be his nemesis, but he eventually made in through. Around the 6:00 minute mark we switched to a stunt track, where A-Bomb hit his stride. The stunt system isn't anywhere near as robust as the stunt courses in RUSH: 2049, but it was still fun. Unlike the other hard to come by Blockbuster games, this one is actually pretty good, despite the graphics not aging well.
Thanks to PWEI for the intro/outro music.
