This talk is about launching the first parachain test network Rococo and the (hard) way we have gone. We will give some brief introduction on how parachains work, what Cumulus is and why you need it to write a parachains with Substrate. Then we will go into some details about bugs we have seen, how we solved them and what still needs to be done.
