Welcome back, folks! Tonight on the Spotlight, we take a trip back to the distant past of 2011, to a personal favorite in the point-and-click genre. Gemini Rue is proof positive that sometimes all you need is solid execution of a formula: easy-to-grasp controls, a moody sci-fi noir setting, some smart puzzle design, a compelling mystery, and some great presentation to wrap it all up. This game was a breakout hit that brought a lot more attention to Wadjet Eye Games, and I'm pleased to report that it holds up well more than ten years later.

With a page-turner of a story and music tailor-made for a cold, rainy night, Gemini Rue still delivers. If you like classic adventure games at all and somehow missed this one, set aside a weekend and give this one a whirl.
