For a while this was the only game I had. My older brother had the N.E.S. and the Nintendo 64, which he took with him when he left the house. My Sister had the Playsation 2, which she took when she left the house. All that was left was a very battered up N.E.S. and fallen beneath a crevis was this game. After a few days of cleaning out the game with rubbing alcohol I was able to get it to work a little. However the N.E.S. had a mostly broken 'card reader' (the pins that actually read the game). I was able to get a new card reader and that very system was the same in the video. The cartridge maybe the same but I'm not sure. I had a cousin that owned an N.E.S. but after it broke he gave me all his stuff. One of the games was Super Mario Bros 3. I turned 1 in for cash and kept the one you see here. I think I kept the one my cousin gave me. Although it is fair to mention that the cartidge that under went extreme cleaning never gave me a problem since I got the new 'card reader'. That's pretty much my story as a gamer, and one of the reasons I love the retro stuff. I do want to mention though a few years after I got this game working I was able to get 20 other N.E.S.games for $20. Some have come and gone from my collection. A few years after that I got the Wii, both becuase of the games the the rumor it could play all these retro games.
