Super Mario 3D World Playthrough 1: As Clear As a Pipe
2I have decided to do a playthrough on one of the most popular Wii U games, and possibly in the top 5 of best selling games, despite the Wii U not having the best sales for a Nintendo console. Here is Super Mario 3D Land, because in Super Mario Maker 2, this game was included as one of five layouts, so I decided before uploading Super Mario Maker 2 videos, I will do a playthrough on Super Mario 3D World.
Onto the story, Bowser has captured seven fairy inhabitants from a world known as the Sprixie Kingdom, and that Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad must travel through the kingdom in rescuing the Sprixie Princesses. This game includes some new power-ups, like the Super Bell, which gives you the Cat Suit, and many others.

Super Mario 3D World, to those who have somehow not heard of that game or don't own a Wii U, or have never played a Mario game, is a 3D platforming game, and it is the sequel to the 3DS game Super Mario 3D Land. While it is a bit like the 2D Mario games like Super Mario Bros., the levels are in 3D, so you get to explore a lot of the levels, and you must get to the Goal Pole at the end of the level, which then again any Mario fan should know about, unless you somehow have never played a Mario game or even heard of Nintendo's mascot after almost 40 years.
Much like Super Mario Bros. 2, the four characters have different abilities, Mario is the all-around character, Luigi has the highest jump, but slower falling speed, and has lower traction, Princess Peach can float while jumping, but she runs slower, and Toad is the fastest out of the four, but jumps the lowest and sprints the latest.
Now onto World 1 of the Sprixie Kingdom, the first level is Super Bell Hill, which introduces the Super Bell which gives you the Cat Suit, and this level has Goombas and a new type of enemy called Cat Goombas. The Cat Suit is a good power-up as you can climb walls and claw swipe enemies, so it is very useful. There is a Mega Mushroom for this level which is required for the third Green Star, I will be showing all the Green Stars and Miiverse Stamps in this playthrough.
Koopa Troopa Cave introduces Koopa Troopas, and the Koopa Shells can easily knock down Goomba Towers, there is a Secret Warp which I have not yet shown in this video, and I have recorded far in advance, so I might return to that level at some point to show the Secret Warp.
Then we get an Enemy Blockade, where we fight against a Chargin' Chuck, this is an easy fight. I also show the Mushroom House where hitting the larger box gives you multiple items, while only you get only one from the smaller box.
Mount Beanpole puts the Cat Suit to the test, and if you see a Sprixie with binoculars, you can see further away, and you can spot the Goal Pole or a Green Star. This level has Piranha Plants, and a Cloud Cannon where you are taken to Coin Heaven, you do not die, you can get a Super Star where you can easily get a 1-Up after getting through a bunch of enemies. There is a Mega Piranha Plant at the end which acts as a boss for this level.
We meet a new character named Plessie, who acts as our ride on Plessie's Plunging Fall, and you can slow down by holding the control stick back. You can jump on enemies called Splounders to gain height, allowing you to go through rings to earn coins.
