Story:
Mario, Luigi, Toad, Toadette, Raito, Bowser, and everyone in Ruby Castle were taken to the dungeons at Garnet Kingdom where they were prisoners. Some of Bowser’s minions from Ruby Kingdom went to Garnet Kingdom and infiltrated the dungeons. They managed to release Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Toadette. The four heroes went and unlocked all cells so the prisoners taken from Ruby Kingdom could escape. Eventually, they managed to find King Bowser, Prince Bowser Jr., and Commander Raito. The four opened their cells so they could escape. Later, the four managed to escape, they had an agreement with King Bowser that the Ruby forces will and join them fight against Garnet Kingdom and overthrow their queen. The four needed to find supplies and a way to infiltrate the heavily guarded castle while they wait for the Ruby forces to go back to their kingdom and prepare for the battle. The four heroes eventually found a village full of morty moles, the Morty Village. These moles were found around both Ruby and Garnet Kingdoms and are very playful. The moles knew of a certain mole that has military supplies and an airship. The four went a to find that mole in the village, when they found him and asked about the usage of the airship he agreed, he was waiting for the day that the queen is overthrown from the kingdom. They received a signal that Ruby forces are launching an aerial attack at Garnet forces, and they are also fighting back. The four mounted the mole’s airship so they can join the battle against them and infiltrate the castle while the battle is going on outside as a distraction. Once they did their part in the battle they went inside the castle. Inside the castle, they went through and fought their way in the castle and its connection to the lake nearby, they managed to find Queen Wendy and beat her. She revealed that Amethyst Kingdom is the one behind all and they want to take over the world, she was just trying to maintain their alliance status in a hearty shape but she realized that it’s enough and all kingdoms should unite against a final battle against Amethyst Kingdom. Weeks after the incident Garnet Kingdom, the four heroes and representatives of various Kingdoms were at Emerald Kingdom discussing their move against Amethyst Kingdom, scouts from these several kingdoms revealed that Amethyst Kingdom have no such army guarding their borders and the place seems ominous and silent. The king of Emerald Kingdom came to the conclusion that only Mario, Luigi, Toad and Toadette should be the ones to go to Amethyst Kingdom and investigate, all representatives agreed so they were dispatched and sent to the outskirts of Amethyst Kingdom. The four heroes traveled through the snowy fields of the kingdom; they found a place in the sky after climbing a mountain. This place is Shklomia, it is a place were descendants of ancients hidden a power that can be used against a dark lord, the four managed to be the trials in this place and obtained new power that allows them to create blocks out of manipulation of matter. They managed to find the castle unguarded but the entrance locked, so they used the newfound power to find another entrance and went inside. In here they found that the people here are being controlled by some dark energy, so they pressed on towards the throne at the top. At the throne the found the ruler of this kingdom, King Zonus. The king began to use dark magic against them without hesitation, they fought him and defeated him. However, King Zonus opened a large portal to the Rift and swallowed part of his castle, himself, and the four heroes. While in the rift, the heroes decided to find King Zonus and defeat him, but it was no easy. In this void, parts of many places end up in this realm and monsters of untold powers reside in this place, they had to get through all of this and find their target. They found King Zonus whom has transformed into an abomination, they use the newfound power to defeat him. After defeating him, the monster came to his senses and revealed that someone was manipulating him for centuries and kept him alive for all these years with the power of The Null. They need crystals of Intarsia from each of the kingdoms and use it to find their way forward, King Zonus gave his Amethyst Crystal to the heroes and sent them to their world while he remained in The Null. The heroes looked at the sun rising from their distance, and Mario said “our battle is not yet over” as they walk towards their horizon.
