This video shows the rest of the Power Stars in the Terrace, and some of the objective he does in the different galaxies include surfing on a ray in Loopdeeloop Galaxy, activate all the Flipswitch Panels in Flipswitch Galaxy. There is a galaxy that can only be accessed with a Hungry Luma that is made out of sweets, and there is the first boss Galaxy where Bowser Jr. unleashes a large robot to fight Mario.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Back when I did Super Mario Galaxy in 2010, each Star was its own video, but in this playthrough, if a galaxy has only one Power Star, I will have the rest of them be in the video, so this part will cover Loopdeeloop Galaxy, Flipswitch Galaxy, Sweet Sweet Galaxy, and Bowser Jr.'s Robot Reactor.
Starting with Loopdeeloop Galaxy, and the first mission is Surfing 101, you will need 5 Power Stars in order to access Loopdeeloop Galaxy. Mario comes across a bunch of Penguins, and the larger one is the Coach, talk to him to get a tutorial on Ray surfing, where you surf on Ray, and you have three minutes to complete the course. The course has a lot of coins and 1-Up Mushrooms, so that can be good if you fail this course a lot, and when you cross the Shine Sprite gate, you get a Power Star.
The next one is Flipswitch Galaxy, you need 7 Power Stars to unlock it, and the mission is Painting the Planet Yellow. I do like the NES Super Mario Bros. background in this galaxy, and there are a lot of Flipswitches, and you must turn all of them yellow, this is not a difficult mission, but you do have to watch out for Spike Traps, and there is a Jump Beamer who shoots circular lasers, and they become a spring if you jump on them, this looks like an enemy from Super Paper Mario, and you will have to jump on it to get the Power Star.
I decided to do the Hungry Luma galaxies before fighting the boss, and this one is Sweet Sweet Galaxy, you will have to feed the Hungry Luma 400 Star Bits, and you will need to have at least 7 Stars. Sweet Sweet Galaxy has some really good music, it is a remix of the Athletic Theme from Super Mario Bros. 3, and this song was also reused in Super Mario 3D Land as the Athletic Theme for that game.
This galaxy only has one mission, it is Rocky Road, and there are a lot of moving platforms with holes in them, and after crossing this sweet-themed athletic course, the Power Star is at the end, this is a really easy galaxy.
Then comes the time to fight a boss, Bowser Jr.'s Robot Reactor is unlocked by collecting 8 Stars, and on the first planet, you will need to lure in a Bullet Bill to destroy a glass cage, which is where the Launch Star is, and these enemies are called Goombeetles, which are Goombas that wear helmets to protect them from being stomped on. To defeat a Goombeetle, you have to spin into them to flip them over, and jump on them while flipped over to defeat them.
The mission is Megaleg's Moon, and the Robot Reactor is where Bowser Jr. will send Megaleg to attack, what you have to do is run up Megaleg's leg while it is on the ground, and run up past the gears and onto its head and lure in a Bullet Bill to destroy the cage. On the second phase, this will be more challenging, as there are more Bullet Bill cannons, and the cages will regenerate after a short while, so you will have to jump over the cages and destroy the one in the middle, and that will destroy Megaleg, and that is the Grand Star saved.
Back at the Comet Observatory, Rosalina tells Mario about the beacon in the middle of the observatory, and the Grand Stars are there to power up the beacon, and if there is enough power, the Comet Observatory will be able to fly to the center of the universe. Collecting that Grand Star has unlocked the Fountain dome, which is the next area.
