0Part Synopsis: Demonstrating a new melody for Toadofsky, he gifts the Tenor Card for inspiring him. Returning to Booster Tower, it consists of multiple floors full of various enemies. The building's owner being an unhinged freak, he introduces himself although doesn't seem concerned about anything.
A green button is pressed along the way, in addition to beating an annoying picture puzzle. Reaching the top, Peach is locked outside with no means to open the locked door. Booster and three Snifster's interrupt the rescue, having a rehearsal for the upcoming forced wedding. Misplaced a Mario doll, a minigame of dodging between curtains is done successfully to avoid detection. Booster then grabs Peach, running off.
A double boss fight versus Knife Guy and Grate Guy ensues on the porch. Neither put up too much resistance. Mario chases Booster up a hill, reaching Marrymore, where people get married at the famous chapel here. Having taken the building over for the ceremony, it needs to be broken in to save Peach.
Playthrough Information: This is my first time experiencing the remake. I have already played the original Super Mario RPG on original SNES hardware and replayed the version featured on the SNES Mini for the channel as a let's play. I wanted to go through the remake for entertainment purposes. So I'm not referring to this as blind, since I'll be entirely familiar with the story and features of the original.
Anything new for this edition will be unknown to me. I will be playing on Normal difficulty. Any extra additions to the remake will be looked into such as the Boss Rush mode. Other side activities are also open to being covered, although certain specific things may be overlooked for any possible reason. All videos will include commentary and webcam usage, filmed in 1080p. About Game: Super Mario RPG is a Nintendo Switch remake of the 1996 Super Nintendo Entertainment System game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars released worldwide on November 17, 2023. First announced during the June 2023 Nintendo Direct, this remake reimagines the original game in full 3D graphics, mostly maintaining the original characters' designs and proportions. The game's soundtrack has also been rearranged with new orchestration by the original game's composer, Yoko Shimomura. It was developed by ArtePiazza, a studio associated with Square Enix and known for their work on remaking entries in the Dragon Quest series.
