It is time to get Pinna Park done, and first up is the 100 Coin Shine Sprite, all you have to do is pick Episode 2 and use FLUDD to spray the Bullet Bills, as they give coins when you defeat them, and Pinna Park is one of two courses where you can get 999 Coins, which is the maximum amount of coins you can have, and there are some Blue Coins all around Pinna Park.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Here is possibly the easiest 100 Coin Shine Sprite in all of Super Mario Sunshine, you can go into Episode 2 and keep spraying Bullet Bills till you have 100 coins, and you can use the Homing Bullet Bills to break the baskets for the Blue Coins, that can only be done in Episode 2. Pinna Park is one of few courses where you can have up to 999 coins, all you have to do is spray the Bullet Bills, the Gold Bullet Bills drop 8 coins when you spray them.
There is an alternative way, in Episodes 5 to 8, there are some enemies on the beach called Swipin' Stus, which is a variety of Strollin' Stu that flies, and they can steal Mario's cap if they land on him, and without his cap, Mario will take damage overtime, and he can even lose a life while talking to an NPC. The Swipin' Stus drop 5 coins when defeated, you have to spray them till they are grounded, and then do a Ground Pound to defeat them, and you can spray the sand to get some coins, and I recommend getting up to 70 coins, or even more, and when you enter the park, there is a Yellow Switch on the fountain, and you can get 15 coins from there, and defeating Electrokoopas gives a good amount of coins, so it should be enough to earn a Shine Sprite.
Then for Blue Coins, and Episode 2 is the only way you can earn Blue Coins in the baskets, as Bullet Bills are required to break them. To get the fruit for the Yoshi Egg on the beach, you have to spray the sand, and you can get fruit, which you can use to hatch Yoshi, and there are two blue butterflies which drop a Blue Coin each, and there are two Blue Coins you can get from revealing markings on the sand.
In the theme park, there is one Blue Coin inside the Clam Cups ride, and most of which require spraying graffiti, and there are two blue birds which drop coins when sprayed enough times. There is a tower of Strollin' Stus called a Dango, you have to spray all of the Strollin' Stus off and when the big one remains, defeat it, and all the Strollin' Stus will be defeated, and you get a Blue Coin, this is the only Dango in the game, and that mechanic returns in Super Mario 3D Land with the Goomba Tower.
There are two Blue Coins that require the Pirate Ships to do a 360-degree turn, one is on top of a fence cage which has a Blue Coin inside, and there is a blue butterfly in the theme park near a palm tree, and Yoshi only appears in Episode 6 when inside the theme park.
That is the first four courses done, Pinna Park had some Blue Coins which were easy to find, and some were really tricky, and it had some good Shine Sprites to collect, it's one of my favourite courses in terms of Shine Sprites, some of the other courses were good as well.
