Mario enters Hotel Delfino and checks out the casino to find there are a lot of ghosts there, and this leads him to a fight with King Boo, which is an interesting boss fight as it makes use of the slot machines. Then he has to clean up Sirena Beach and check the hotel to find any secrets.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Next episode takes place in the casino, and it is King Boo Down Below, the Boos like weird in this game compared to the other Mario games. When Mario enters the casino, there is a large M graffiti which only appears in Episode 5 that you can get a Blue Coin from, and Ground Pound the purple panel on the roulette, which will take you to the battle with King Boo.
Interesting bit of trivia, in Japanese, King Boo is called Boss Boo, so he is different to King Boo from Luigi's Mansion. What you have to do is spray King Boo to activate the slot machine, and there are five possible outcomes, one is fruit, and this is how to defeat him, throw a pepper to set King Boo's tongue on fire, and hit him with another fruit to damage him, do it three times to defeat King Boo and get the Shine Sprite.
The other outcomes are 10 coins, question marks which summon three random pairs of enemies, like Bloopers, Bob-ombs, Strollin' Stus, Cataquacks, Electro-Koopas, and a few others, or have six Strollin' Stus or Smolderin' Stus, which is one of the worst, or any combo which causes bubbles to appear, and that will refill FLUDD.
With King Boo down, next episode does not take place in the hotel, there is electric goop covering Sirena Beach, so you have to clean up the entire beach within 3 minutes, you can use the barrels to clean up goop easier, or spin and spray at the same time. In Super Mario 3D All-Stars, which is this version, there episode can be completed by spraying as little goop as possible, so it is a bit easier than the original GameCube release, when you have cleaned up most of the goop, talk to the Pianta to get the Shine Sprite, and only in this episode, you can receive Blue Coins from the Nokis after cleaning them up.
Next is possibly my least favourite Shadow Mario episode, it is Shadow Mario Checks In, and while chasing him, you can find Boos disguised as Shadow Mario, and spraying them will reveal them, Shadow Mario will never enter the attic, and he moves between floors, spraying him enough times gives you the Shine Sprite.
Then Episode 8 is Red Coins in the Hotel, and you have 5 minutes to collect all the Red Coins, and they are all around the hotel, some of which will require using the leak in the male's restroom and the attic, while some can be easy to find on each floor, but this is a really tricky Red Coin episode, and once you have all of them, the Shine Sprite will be on the first floor.
Next is the Secret Shine Sprites, first is Red Coins in Boo's Big Mouth, go into Episode 2 and enter the Boo Statue and after the Wall Jump section, Ground Pound the Red Switch and the Red Coins appear, the first few are on the sand blocks, one of them is tricky to get and requires spraying the ice blocks to get to the Red Coin, three are them are on the sand block pyramid, and once you have all of them, the Shine Sprite will appear.
Next is Red Coin Winnings in the Casino, go into Episode 4 and enter the casino, get Triple 7 on both slot machines, and spray all panels to reveal the Shine Sprite, and enter the Warp Pipe to the secret course. This one isn't too difficult as you will have FLUDD, although you will want to watch out for the moving cubes, three of them are on moving platforms, and some of them require the rotating cube platforms to access them. That is all the secret Shine Sprites of Sirena Beach, all that's left is 100 coins and the Blue Coins.
