Before starting this video, there was a code that you can enter on Mystery Gift which is only live for one day, on February 6th, you can get a Galarica Wreath, which is an item that evolves Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking, and it saves having to find 15 Galarica Twigs and giving them to the one NPC in the Crown Tundra.
For this week, I will be Surprise Trading Mimikyu, a fan-favourite Pokémon from Gen 7, it is said that its Pikachu-like costume is likely to do with Pikachu's popularity, Mimikyu is a really terrifying Pokémon, in most of its Pokédex entries, it was said that a scientist who looked under Mimikyu's rag, and died from shock, I could only wonder how many times Meowth avoided death in the Pokémon Sun & Moon Anime from seeing what was under Mimikyu.
I breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and I went with Jolly for the Nature on Mimikyu, as it is a Physical Attacker and it has a unique type combo and Ability, however its best stat is Special Defense, but most Mimikyu sets go for Jolly or Adamant for the Nature. It only gets three Egg Moves, it can learn Curse, Destiny Bond, and Grudge, I will list which parents in the Amorphous Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Curse: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Duskull, Dusclops, Spiritomb, Dusknoir, Yamask, G-Yamask, Cofagrigus, Litwick, Lampent, Chandelure, Phantump, Trevenant, Runerigus, Pincurchin
Destiny Bond: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Koffing, Weezing, G-Weezing, Wobbuffet, Drifloon, Drifblim, Dusknoir, Yamask, G-Yamask, Cofagrigus, Frillish, Jellicent, Phantump, Trevenant, Runerigus
Grudge: Yamask, Cofagrigus

Not very common moves, but both Curse and Destiny Bond are at least good enough, as a good variety of Pokémon in Mimikyu's Egg Group can learn those moves.
Going over its level up moves, it can be retaught Wood Hammer and Copycat through the Move Relearner, and when it levels up, it can learn Shadow Sneak, Double Team, Baby-Doll Eyes, Mimic, Hone Claws, Slash, Shadow Claw, Charm, Play Rough, and Pain Split.
Mimikyu learns some decent amount of TMs and TRs, for TMs, it can learn Thunder Wave, Screech, Light Screen, Safeguard, Thief, Giga Drain, Attract, Beat Up, Will-O-Wisp, Payback, Drain Punch, Trick Room, Magic Room, Phantom Force, and Draining Kiss, and for TRs, it can get Thunderbolt, Swords Dance, Leech Life, Substitute, Shadow Ball, Taunt, Trick, Bulk Up, X-Scissor, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, and a few others, and it can get Burning Jealousy as a Tutor Move. As Mimikyu does not have a good Special Attack stat, don't bother giving it Thunderbolt, it might want to be a Pikachu, but it is not really.
Mimikyu is a Pokémon that has had great success in the competitive scene, its unique typing of Ghost/Fairy, and its unique Ability of Disguise, and access to moves like Swords Dance, Shadow Sneak, and Play Rough has made Mimikyu a top-tier Pokémon, and it was a good user of the Focus Sash, as Disguise allowed Mimikyu to take a hit, and it can survive another hit with the Focus Sash, now it can no longer do that, because in this game, when Mimikyu's Disguise breaks, it will lose 1/8 of its maximum HP.
Mimikyu does remain a top-tier Pokémon in online battles, but for Smogon, it is in RU, I guess this is likely because of the Disguise nerf, and as it can no longer use a Focus Sash, the best items to go with are the Life Orb or Lum Berry, and it can use the usual set of Swords Dance, Play Rough, and Shadow Sneak, while Shadow Claw, Drain Punch, or Phantom Force take the last slot.
While Mimikyu has stood out in Single Battles, it tends to have a support role in Double Battles, as it can use Trick Room to help slower teammates like Rhyperior, Glastrier, and Torkoal, and as the current format for VGC Tournaments allow banned Legendary Pokémon, Ice Rider Calyrex is a good Pokémon in Trick Room, it is like Glastrier, but with a broken signature move. It does surprise me how Mimikyu's best use in Double Battles is Trick Room despite having a relatively good Speed stat, I guess it's there for support, while Shadow Sneak and Play Rough fill in for attacking moves, and some sets use Taunt and Will-O-Wisp for status moves, Mimikyu has least seen decent use in Double Battles.
While its type combo is unique, and its Ability and stats have allowed Mimikyu to be a top-tier Pokémon in Gen 7 competitive battling, and even after its Ability got nerfed, it still has remained a great Pokémon in online battles, as it is a very powerful Dynamax user, specially after one Swords Dance and then Max Phantasm from Shadow Claw or Max Starfall from Play Rough, Mimikyu can be a really tough Pokémon to stop if it sets up.
