The video explains it all, but basically you get into the fight, shoot the fireball twice right away to get him closer to you, then hold down and slide backwards while shooting and then jump up to avoid him hitting you, He'll slide right off the platform, saving you essentially a half a second over the old 1-cycle strat. Enjoy :P
