Wizard Guy is yet another player that I've met in my weekly local tourneys. He mainly uses Pikachu.

I managed to get at least 3 matches with him, including this one and two others involving my Fox and Sonic.

It appears that he likes to use Quick Attack to escape out of any back throw followups I may have planned for him, such as Shulk's Back Slash, of course.
