I finally managed to break the 9 second barrier on this one - definitely room for improvement, but I'm moving on!
You're always best throwing/shooting multiple targets at the same time to minimise loss - here's what I did...

1. Throw hat, then throw bottle and hammer at the same time.
2. Kill from furthest to closest so bullets all arrive at approximately the same time. Possible improvement if you throw something at the mid-target at the same time as shooting the far-target, then shooting the near-target.
3. Throw 2 cans at the same time (left hand blindly) while dodging bullets and hope for the best, always try to grab the falling gun because if the left can misses you can shoot just to the right of the pillar as a backup to hit the guy (but there's time loss if that happens).
4. Grab gun and can, shoot the guy to the right asap (he shoots quick) then ideally throw the can and shoot the middle guy at the same time - this middle guy is usually very accurate tho, so very risky to attempt - I threw the can to trigger his bullet which I could then avoid to shoot him - time to be saved here.
5. Just don't miss! You could throw both hammers at the same time here if you wanted.
6. Grab both guns (not uzis) and fire 2 pairs of shots at the same time and just hope everything lines up perfectly... I was worried the 2nd pair wasn't going to so I advanced time a little to ensure the 3rd guy was going to reach where I was aiming - time to be saved here too.
