2Paladin is a major support class in the game because of the burst type healing and shield that reduce damage taken on overrated damage type, burst
I use paladin a lot on dps striking boss like Daitengu for smooth run
There are two way of supporting with the class. One is General Support by healing a player and shield another player.
The second way is Focus Support, heal and shielding same player target to secure its survivability which a good combo with classes like berserker and rogue since melee classes exposed to damage taken
