My opinion of this episode:
The game was updated to version 1.1.1. Triple skull locations are now never lethal when the visiting specialist is at full health. Unfortunally, the update also brought back the run in place bug. Therefore, this episode is a little shorter than usual. It became a bit of an annoyance.
