It takes 1 hr to finish it cause there was a battery that i cannot push it down to the back side and scared that it gonna break so i check on youtube xbox one tear down they guy shows a battery at the back that needs to screw down so it makes it tighter and perfect so after that i just attach it the battery back than everything works fine but just a tiny plastic white controller was broken tiny white plastic part cuz i was peeling off the skin too hard with my hands so i didnt use the tool to push it out like legos tool so yeah just my muscles. Anyways hope you enjoy my video
