Doom 1993 underwent various iterations before it ended in version 1.9 with the Ultimate Doom, but versions before 1.4 hold somewhat of a secret... well, actually it's an easter egg, or a homage to Wolfenstein 3D. In the control room on E1M4 there is a Swastika which emerges from the ceiling. From 1.4 onwards, this was replaced with a less Adolf like shape. So in this video, I thought I'd share this little homage with you quickly, and then I talk about some of the errors in each of the early versions of Doom. It's not a long video.
