1. YouTube is not a sponsor of the Swish World Cup and by participating in this event, players acknowledge and agree to release YouTube from any and all liability relating to the Swish World Cup Event.
2. Please read the YouTube Community Guidelines https://www.youtube.com/about/policies/#community-guidelines anyone who does not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines, or acts in a manner that violates any of YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified from the Swish World Cup and ineligible to receive any prizes.
3. There is no purchase necessary to win this contest. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All Federal, State, Local and Municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Anyone under the age of 13 must have their parents’ permission to participate in the Swish World Cup.
4. Swish World Cup will need to collect certain personal information from the three winners of the contest in order to send out prizes. Swish World Cup greatly respects your privacy and will not use or disclose any information provided by you for any other purpose. All information will remain confidential.
5. The Swish World Cup will consist of eight total games.
6. If you win the Swish World Cup as a Duo – Prize money will be split between you and your partner
7. If you win the Swish World Cup as a Single – You will keep all of the Prize Money for yourself
8. To move on to the next round – YOU HAVE TO STAY IN THE GAME TO MOVE ON. Do not back out when it is over because I need to add you for the next round. If you back out you forfeit your spot and the next person in line will move up to the next round. Winners need to stay after stream is over
9. If there are more than two people teaming – you will be disqualified and will not be eligible to re-enter the Swish World Cup and you will NOT win the Prize money.
10. I appreciate all donations – but if you are disqualified no amount of donations will qualify you to re-enter. Disqualification from the Swish World Cup is FINAL
11. Anyone causing any trouble or disturbance will be unadded and disqualified
12. Winners must join my discord to claim their prize – I will send a picture of the Gift Card number and also collect your mailing address to send you the actual card in the mail
13. Prizes are as follows: First Prize $100.00 – ($50.00 each if you win as a duo); Second Prize $50.00 ($25.00 if you win as a duo); and Third Prize $40.00 ($20.00 each if you win as a duo)
14. All prizes are in the form of a Vanilla Mastercard Gift Card
