Switch Starlink: Battle for Atlas DDE G7, 2P splitscreen Co-op, Hyperspacing from Kirite to Haven!
Mason is back, as we Co-op our way to find Dr. Grant. We leave planet Kirite and hyper travel to the near by planet of Haven. Vid timeline:
(0:00) Cutscene: St. Grant meets Drax.
Dr. Grant meets Drax, Forgotten Legion Supreme Leader. Drax appears to see Dr. Grant as the fulfilment of a prophecy of sorts; the one you could revitalize his legion due to the Doctor's know how to create Nova. Nova in to my understanding, a compound that allows for much more efficient Hyperspace travel.
Apparently, Drax interpretation of the Wardens, leaded him to believe Grant being the one. Whatever the reason, it's clear the Forgotten Legion would benefit from the Doctor's knowledge.
Meanwhile, back at the Equinox, both the Starlink and Starfox Teams trade tech before parting company and taking off to pursue Wolf.
Shaid, our Outlaw friend, suggest we should talk to her contacts, who may know something about where Dr. Grant might have been taken.
Razor says she'd rather follow the trail revealed by what Shaid brought them, which appeared to be a computer/data core containing Legion command info.
We take the Shaid's route...
(2:49) Main Campaign: The Search for St. Grand.
Go to Haven.
Following a tip, we take off to Haven for the possible whereabouts of Dr. Grant. We customize our Starfighters prior, for possible space combat.
Ambushed by Outlaws in asteroid cluster!
Sure enough, we where ambushed. But not by the Legion, but by Outlaws. It could be heard, they where after whatever amount of Electrum we had.
(15:11) Main Campaign: The Enemy of My Enemy.
Destroy the Drakes.
Legion Drakes encounter. Assisting Outlaw Rankor!
But moments later, we ended up assisting an Outlaw from Legion forces! Fortunately, he turned out to be friendly enough not to attack us after the Drakes who where attacking him where eliminated.
(18:13) Main Campaign: Knock, Knock.
Go to Haven.
Find the Arbor Refinery.
Arriving and landing on Haven.
Without any further incidents, we arrived and penetrated the atmosphere of Haven But as soon as we touched down, we where ambushed by local creatures. Fortunately, they proved to be non-lethal.
Shaid directed us to follow the river which would take us to an old refinery which is manned by her contact. We her her describe him of when they meet and how he is 300 years old! In our way there, I test my (Fox's) Ultimate Ability, which calls for a Starfox teammate to assist against enemies.
We also check out the area as we make our way, and collect some eatables.
(29:50) Main Campaign: Knock, Knock.
Talk to the Arbor Refinery.
Arriving at the refinery. Meeting Eli Arborwood.
Upon our arrived to the refinery, we Shaid's contact is non other that Eli Arborwood. He is also most likely, the "leafy fellow" Karl was talking about.
But being the Prospector that he is, before we could exchange information, he assigned us the little task of finding for him some rare minerals...
