There are many ways to grind. You don't really need to go out of the way to do it, but if you must, then hunt opposing players on the field. A method going around tells you to kill players, leaving one to revive, then kill the reviver, let the revived revive the reviver... rinse, repeat. You get EXP but not drops this way though. So I rather strafe grief them as they respawn. I find a large group, find how far I need to go to respawn them, then give them eternal love with Pistol Arts & Gravity Bullet 3. EXP & Drops!
