A shorter playthrough than normal, this time, my main task was rescuing Kirk.
I started off at the tram station that would take me to Velsembor Clinic. I couldn't open the door to the trams operational controls. Using the wedges I was able to get in. First I had to open the power box and reinstate the power, then I just had to operate the shift control at the front of the small office to supply power to the carriage. I climbed in the carriage, operated the carriage and a cut scene played out.
Arriving at the clinic, I could see there was a change a scenery The helicopter had a walkie-talkie I needed to convince the men in the lobby of the clinic to leave. Once they left, I went in and found Steiner who was now with the doctor. In another room I found kirk, but he was trapped.
To free him, I needed the stop the pendulum with a paper clip I found on a sheet on the side of the chair. The clip was used on the gears on the back of the chair. I replaced the syringe with the shaman's beverage. Operating this woke Kurkup. I then had to free him from the restraints, I was able to do so by using the squid statue (called Olga's statuette) on the password control on the side of the chair.
After this, a cut-scene played out showing Kate and Kurkescape to the Krystal. On board the Krystal I needed to find a way to cut through Ice.
