Part 5 of my Syberia 3 playthrough on the PS4

I was in the Youkol village looking for Ayawaska, but started by reading the "Anthology of the Youkols". I am really not sure if this book is useful though.
I found Ayawaska and found that I now need to get in to Valsembor city.
I had to find a pass to get in. With most people (obviously) refusing to give their pass away, I discovered that I have to make one. I managed to get an unstamped pass for a friendly guy. Then I started to make the stamp. I got the stamp part from the base of the stamp machine. I had to go get the candles (again due to not saving). With these items, I had a smith make a duplicate valsembor stamp.
Back at the stamp machine, I realise I need ink. Took me a short while to figure out, but eventuially took the sponge from the machine. I just needed to fill this with ink, which I got from a washed up squid. Popped the sponge soaked in ink back in the machine.
I got my hands trapped, but was able to use some broken glass to free them. Then with my newly stamped pass I was able to leave for the city.
