Syndicate (2012) | PC 4K60 | Longplay Full Game Walkthrough No Commentary
Full game longplay of the PC port of Syndicate, a 2012 Cyberpunk FPS game, a reboot of the Syndicate series from 90s (two games, both tactical turn-based). Developed by Starbreeze, on their own Union Engine (Chronicles of Riddick, Payday 2 etc.), released in February 2012 for the PC, X360, and PS3. This here is the PC version of the game, latest version available before it was removed from all the digital stores, running at 4K60 resolution at the highest possible settings. Recorded at 4K60 H.265 HEVC via OBS.
NOTE: The resolution of the game is ultra high, and the UI unfortunately doesn't scale with the resolution, the game wouldn't really run with dgVoodoo to fix that UI scaling, soooo the text and subtitles will stay miniature in size im afraid.

About the PC version - what can I say, pretty good looking, well-running, and... completely unavailable online or offline (because cd keys and used physical copies dont go well together). It pushes the assets and textures to much higher resolutions than the console versions, while still looking very good for the time, with not much technical issues, ASIDE from weird mouse acceleration/smoothness thingie which I couldn't turn on in-game or in the config, sooo my aiming is a little weird here. I rated the pc version of Syndicate 8,5/10 as I believe it ot be one of the best if not THE best cyberpunk-themed shooter game I've played so far (SHOOTER, NOT FPP RPG LIKE CP2077), while I rated the Xbox 360 version 8/10.

It's an AAA game published by EA, with characters having likenesses of real world actors from Hollywood in both looks and voice (the female doctor is Rosario Dawson for example), and it quite feels like a real AAA game, the amount of details in the world and the atmosphere, it definitely doesn't feel cheap, it's a little too short though.
In 2017, the mega-corporation EuroCorp is created by a merger between the world's largest corporations. In 2025, EuroCorp releases the DART chip, a neural implant that allows users to access the dataverse, making most electronic devices obsolete. As a result of the DART chip, the world is no longer ruled by national governments but by corporate republics known as "Syndicates". However, only half of the world's population embrace the chip; the "unchipped" are abandoned and denied the benefits afforded by their chipped counterparts. Corporate espionage and corporate warfare for dominance between syndicates becomes the norm, resulting in the creation of "agents"—bio-engineered enforcers augmented by a militarized version of the chip who protect the interests of their corporate masters
In 2069, Agent Miles Kilo, EuroCorp's latest agent, is equipped with the new prototype DART 6 chip created by EuroCorp scientist Lily Drawl (voiced by Rosario Dawson). After a successful test run of the chip's abilities, EuroCorp CEO Jack Denham (voiced by Brian Cox) assigns him to kill Lily's counterpart, Chang, at the rival syndicate Aspari. Accompanied by his mentor Agent Jules Merit (voiced by Michael Wincott), Kilo attacks the Los Angeles branch of Aspari and corners Chang, who shoots himself. Kilo retrieves Chang's chip and learns from an encrypted conversation that Lily has been sharing information about the DART 6 chip with him.
