Synth Retention Quest with X6-88 synth courser in Fallout 4 PC - Synth Retention X6-88 companion
8Okay, so there's a synth we're supposed to find, "rescue" and escort back to the Institute for the Synth Retention quest. The Synth Retention quest will be quite literally the first thing we do in this stream. We are supposed to use X6-88 the synth courser's help to do exactly that. I don't know if it's very nice of us, or if it makes me a terrible person to be doing this. You know, because synths aren't real people, just machines that think they're people... should we be returning this synth to the Institute? I don't want to help the Institute, honestly. I kinda want to blast them all. X6-88 won't like that...
We are getting pretty close to the end of Fallout 4, at least in the story anyway. There's still so much I want to do though! Soon, I will go retake the castle for the Minutemen. But not now. I think today I may get a synth courser companion. I'm not even sure if that's a thing or not, but I thought it was. Either way, we shall see and I am kinda excited for it! X6-88 is the final companion we can get in Fallout 4, I believe. Unless I've missed any others. There's 13 in total.
