Water doesn't obey the laws of gravity - What does RED mean in INSIDE? - Let's Play INSIDE #9
6Hello friends, this is DragoNate and welcome back to some more INSIDE! This time, we find out that water doesn't obey the laws of gravity anymore. So, not only can I breathe underwater for some reason, but now water can float above us. We can even lower the water level closer to the ground. Or are we raising the water level? If water's gravity is reversed, is it lowering or raising if you bring it closer to the ground? I'm confused! We also see another kid along with one of the bad guys. This kid is wearing a red hat. So what does red mean in INSIDE? INSIDE's protagonist is wearing a red shirt, this other kid is wearing a red hat, but literally every other character we see in the game is wearing black and/or white. So red has to have some kind of meaning in the story.
At the very beginning of this video, there was YET ANOTHER yellow wire I missed before. So I went back to find it. That got me the achievement Unfathomable. Very soon after that one, there was another INSIDE secret, which got me the achievement Klockwork. So this episode of INSIDE got me 2 achievements, had tons of water that doesn't even obey gravity, and another kid wearing something red. I'm excited to find out what exactly that even means.

Hunted and alone, a boy finds himself drawn into the center of a dark project.
A boy slides down a rocky incline. While running through a forest, he encounters masked guards with flashlights, as well as vehicles with mounted spotlights. He escapes the guards, then crosses a road where a block has been set up with more vehicles and guards, to a farm where parasitic worms cause pigs to run rampant. The boy uses the farm animals and equipment to escape to a seemingly-abandoned city where lines of zombie-like people are moved through mind control. Beyond the city is a large factory of flooded rooms, a shock wave atrium, and a laboratory environment where scientists perform underwater experiments on bodies.
While traversing these areas, the boy uses a mind-control helmet to control lifeless grey bodies. The boy eventually comes across an underwater siren-like creature that attaches a device to him, allowing him to breathe underwater.
Continuing through the office and laboratories, the boy sees scientists observing a large spherical chamber. The boy enters the chamber and discovers a large blob-like creature, the Huddle, made of humanoid limbs connected to four control rods. After disconnecting the rods, the boy is pulled into the Huddle.
The Huddle escapes confinement, crashing through offices, killing some of the scientists in its path. The scientists trap the Huddle in another tank, but the Huddle escapes again and breaks through a wooden wall. It rolls down a forest hill and comes to a stop at a grassy coastline bathed in light.
