A while back i showed a poof of concept of tails throwing a ring, and while i tried to make collision work in assembly, it was far from being a real release. Now with the Help of SuperSonic16 and him holding my hand though making this work, we now have a mod loader compatible version of this that works really well. Sadly it does not work on bosses and maybe like 1 or two enemy's aren't supported, but overall every enemy in the game is supported.
