TAKE MY MONEY! Solving Unsafe Deposit by Alan Lunsford sequential discovery puzzle (spoilers)
21Today I am going to #solve the Unsafe Deposit by Alan Lunsford #mechanicalpuzzle. This is a sequential discovery puzzle, meaning I will be finding different tools contained in this puzzle to help me reach its ultimate goal, which for the Unsafe Deposit, it is to remove the Quarter.
Before starting to solve it, I cannot help but realise that the puzzle has no seams, which is just amazing to me. Apparently all the inner mechanisms are assembled during the pricing process, which is really mind blowing. Hats off to you Mr. Lunsford.
I must say this puzzle is really enjoyable, even though it is not very challenging, it utilises coins to unlock the mechanisms is really novel to me. I think this is a great #fun puzzle for anyone looking for a taste of fine mechanical puzzle. Mind you these are not mass produced and well sought after, so you will need to pay some effort to get your hands on them. I will leave a link to Alan’s Etsy store in the description below.
