A commenter of another final boss video of mine brought up an interesting point, or challenge of sort. And that is to not use Mystic Arte chaining.

MA chaining is somewhat overpowered yeah, and as far as I know, isn't documented in Berseria, and thus can be considered a "glitch". It's an easy burst of damage, especially if you managed to stun the boss.

So I went "hmm yeah, it'd be pretty cool to try not using MA chaining for once", and I tried this. Same setup as my last "final boss" video - chaos difficulty, first playthrough, level 55 with Quick Arte Learning DLC (otherwise I need to get up to level 66 to get all arte).

Equipment are mostly what I get from the final dungeon, with everything +6 at least (for those sweet SG).

Everyone has "X second invincibility at start of battle" courtesy of mastering Unnamed Ring (from Shop Level 13 iirc), and Featherlight Steps/Kaiser Road.

Everyone equipping Combo Artist title, for that extra damage from combo count, really useful for Mystic Arte because otherwise, the damage is constant throughout it.


Kinda rusty because I haven't played Berseria for so long. Didn't remember the camera being shitty and so close before.
