✪ Music: Soul Saga OST - The Alchemist's Battle (by Aivi Tran (on youtube))

First off, shout out to Fang and his Polycarpus video. Simply AMAZING Asbel gameplay =03. After watching it, and him giving me the music for it(which I shamelessly use twice), I got the motivation to make this perfect, instead of settling for something that's 'passable' =03.

Polycarpus is like a upgraded Helmcrusher, so generally it's not too hard after learning how to dodge its attacks. It was quite troublesome for me because either I would try to attack assuming I can dodge at the last millisecond, causing me to incorrectly react to its next move, or beat out its moves by attacking(w/Flux Form/summons) before it attacks. It has 4 'forms', with its 3rd and 4th form resembling its 1st and 2nd form respectively, but with more attack options. In it's 2nd form it's easy to dodge the attacks, but it refreshes its Iron Stance so quick after attacking, its hard to land a clean blow on it(as you can see during FS ⇨ Maelstrom). Its 4th form is even worse in this regard, with moments where I had never staggered it, even once in that phase =02. That's why it was best for me to "drown it in high-ohgeez" during its 3rd form, and use Fangirl Dream via Accel ⇨ Fever Dream to break its guard if it got into its 4th phase. Side note: I was playing with the game's camera, so that's why the chars look extra close(prob too close X01).

Lambda is a joke really. He can't hit you if you're right under him during his 1st phase, so I couldn't really take him seriously =01. His wide swings can all be quick-stepped, and his magic, Inverse Pressure and Ruthless(Blazing) Hearts, are easily telegraphed by cast time + slow startup, so it's easy to dodge everything he tosses out. This is practically an arte exhibition battle. Didn't want that Fever Dream finish though. I could easily replicate this to get Ruby Inferno, but there just wasn't any motivation to bother =0p.

Centurioid comes with two humanoid girls, both which are annoying =0\. Centurioid, when the girls are present, tends to spam laser shots at long range walking backwards; a real pain, since Pascal's artes are much slower than them for attacks and I'm liable to get pelted with shots just for trying to use normal attacks. So, like Kurt, I erase the girls quickly so to get to the real battle. All of Centurioid's attacks are easily telegraphed so its easy to dodge, though some are difficult to perfect dodge for CC. Since I set up Pascal's equips to hit all of his weaknesses with any hit, I get CC every time he gets hit in a new combo, whether the hit was clean or not. I hate that I dropped the ball just as the two girls were coming back into the battle(was stuck deciding to wait for C8 ⇨ Accel or continue with FS/M/IP), and got a bit off-kilter mentally during the next few moments, but regained my composure after the Eleth Break.
