Emeraude part in the beginning was a near perfect start, and it just shows that even the smallest mistake sometimes causes me game over =02.
She has that defensive aura when she moves, so naturally I can't get close, so its mostly all A-artes used, with Wind Needles in-between. She's a bit more vulnerable when she's paralyzed, and its a good opportunity to utilize CR Paralyze skill to rack up damage with a Accel-induced critical C8, since the stagger-targeted enemy will continue to be staggered when Accel is activated. Runic Shield then provides a bit of cover for melee spells, but since she has a teleport, only Spread is viable and fast enough to keep her in place(Fearful Storm can too, but she tends to teleport b4 it goes off =0( ). She has 5 weaknesses, and I'm equipped to hit all but Aerial weakness. Flux Form is the only arte she has that can hit this weakness(outside a MA), and it's pretty risky to use since if she guards, you'll hit the defensive aura, but fortunately that aura can be backstepped as a dodge in many(but not all) cases. All goes well, I'll get CC for full weak hits, plus CC for dodging the aura, so it's worth a risk. Her attacks are much easier to dodge when you are dodging INTO them rather than away, but its still easy to slip up and make a mistake which leads to game over. Overall a mildly difficult fight with the self-inflicted difficulty of keeping a certain attack rhythm going, instead of camping out, fearful of her every attack.
