"I won't let you hurt the people I care about!"

After Norma's character quest, Maurits requests the party's presence at the Village of the Ferines. There, the party gets antagonized by Thyra, Fenimore's sister. Angry at how Shirley isn't fulfilling her duties, Thyra's hatred eventually spawns a monster from the mist. As the party is visiting Fenimore's grave, they are forced to go eliminate the threat.

Ok, I'll admit I was no where NEAR prepared for this fight. It's been awhile since ive played the character quests, and I thought it was just a normal galf battle.

Still, for not having a healer in the party, this battle came out surprisingly smooth. The Galf Fiend works the same way as the Bear Fiend, except its weakness has gone back to Sea (and its strength being Curse). Like the other Fiends, it has a load of hp and is tough to take down. It's moves can take down anyone fast if unblocked, so keeping the party near full health as much as possible and keeping combo locks up is the safest way to winning these battles. Of course it wont be shown in this video, with my lack of Norma or Shirley, but the principle is there :P.

The Fiends make the character quests pretty interesting lol.
