During the "Eyes on the city" mission, you take control of the police helicopter in order to scan cars. If you slow time a bit with the Mod Menu, you are able to scan Tanner's car and reveal his identity!

Plot twist: the game shows you a random civilian name, although the scripts may show that the dev considered the possibility to scan Tanner's car (but it didn't work as intended).
