Hey guys, if you're reading this, I found a fix! All I did was LOG OUT to another class then relog back in to my main class. Now I can craft everything. Not sure if THAT was the solution.. but it works now!

Now I can craft pretty everything and I don't have the "Target Too Low Level When Using Enchanting Vellum" issue anymore.

ps: Maybe the bug will come back.. not sure. But then, LOG OUT, LOG BACK IN. Try again. Removes all add ons as well. If problem persist, then it's on Blizzard to fix. Howver, I think just logging out and re login will fix it. Let me know in the comment :)
