-Goals of the TAS:
-To see if I can get 1000 accuracy points on all stages
-To see how long the video will be without all the cutscenes
-I skipped everything skippable except the score screen at the end of stages which lasts about 5-7 seconds.
-The game does not allow you to shoot on every frame, only every 3 frames for a maximum of 10 shots per second.
======Stages======
-Stage 1 - Semiconductor Crisis 0:06
-GOAL: Shoot the man in the blue suit
-1st TAS: 996 in 1:91 = $1,704,540
-This TAS: 1000 in 2:73 = $1,720,250
-I found a 1000 by waiting a few frames.
-I'm pretty confident that it's possible to get a 1000 earlier but it took me quite a while to find this one.
-Stage 2 - Miracle on the Rope 0:28
-GOAL: Shoot the rope to save the hanging man
-1st TAS: 996 in 0:85 = $1,758,190
-This TAS: 996 in 0:86 = $1,757,990
-I couldn't find a better spot than 996 even if I tried to shoot at different frames I always got 996.
-That's not to say that 1000 is impossible, but I haven't found one.
-I got less than my other video because this time I couldn't shoot at 0:85
-Stage 3 - The night before the 'Coup d'état' 0:47
-GOAL: Shoot officer Grant who is planning a coup d'état
-996 in 0:88 = $1,736,040
-1000 in 1:10 = $1,757,850

-It's strange that for this stage the time is identical for both TAS

-GOAL: Shoot the computer, then shoot the man

-There must be a 1000 earlier than that but I couldn't find it. At least it's an improvement over my old score.

-I'm sure there are shots that could be done earlier for more points for time.
-I didn't find the place to get 1000 points for each stage. But that doesn't necessarily mean there aren't any, it might just take someone more patient than me.
