Teardown has raytracing, but is surprisingly easy to run- a decent 8 year old PC will have no trouble, provided you turn the resolution down a bit. Betteridge would be proud of me as I benchmarked Teardown with whatever hardware I could find lying about in my bedroom.
IN SHORT:
8 GB of RAM, 4 core CPU and a Geforce 670 or greater should be fine, and you can go below that if you don't mind running on super low resolutions.
