686Full coverage of this week's tech launches, from Google, Xiaomi, Oppo and more. Google kicked us off with the excellent Pixel 4a 5G and flagship Pixel 5, which are very similar in a side-by-side vs. You get strong performance from the Snapdragon 765G, dual lens camera tech, bigger batteries and of course full 5G support. We also saw the Chromecast 2020, plus the Nest Audio smart speaker.
Xiaomi was next up with its Mi 10T series of smartphones. The Mi 10T Pro offers incredible specs, including the Snapdragon 865, 144Hz display (although not OLED sadly), and 108MP primary camera sensor. The Mi 10T and Lite models are also good value, stripping out some of those premium features but still packing a lot of tech for not much cash.
Oppo's Reno 4 series finally hit the UK as well. But while you get 65W fast charging and a gorgeous OLED screen on the Reno 4 Pro 5G, the asking price is a little high - especially compared with the Pixel 4a 5G and Mi 10T Pro. Check out my unboxing here, and full review is coming soon!
