This video shows you how to detect a Apple Airtag on a Android smartphone, like a Samsung Galaxy, LG, or others. Normally, you can't detect Apple Airtags on an android smartphone; however, there is software from Apple which enables you to track them. It's called Tracker Detect by Apple, so it isn't made by a 3rd party company. With this app, you can detect unauthorized Apple Airtags which are being used to track you without your permission.

If you find an Apple Airtag, you can throw it in a trash can, take the battery out, put it in a metal container, or smash it to disable it. The easiest option would be to take the battery out.
