CPU Kazuya is the penultimate boss in the game. He is an unplayable character.
Not many people know this, but in this game there are 2 versions of Kazuya, both being programmed into the game as 'separate' characters. The 1st version of him is the player version, which the player can unlock and select, and has three costumes (karate trousers, white shirt/blue jeans, purple suit). The 2nd version of him is the CPU version - which cannot be unlocked nor selected - which only has the purple suit as his costume. This 2nd version of him appears only as a CPU boss character in Arcade Mode.

---- When you complete the game with him in 1-player Arcade Mode, he doesn't seem to be able to show up in the Time ranking screen.
---- He only has the purple suit costume/palette.
---- If you play through 1-player Arcade Mode with him, he will actually face CPU Kazuya on Stage 9. This is unlike the player version Kazuya where he would face Heihachi on Stage 9 instead.
---- Gameplay wise he seems to be identical to the normal player version of Kazuya.
