Trying to perform basic Tekken combos on a $20 Dance Dance Revolution Mat without any handle bars. This was 10,000 times harder than I expected it to be. The easiest execution based tasks that we can do with our hands is almost impossible with two legs alone--and I really killed my knees in trying to make this video lol. What came in clutch was using the base of my foot + my heel to plink two inputs in rapid succession.

*How I got a DDR Mat to work with T7.
The Mat doesn't get picked up by the T7 Steam Version natively. So as a workaround I connected it to JoyToKey, a free PC remapping program, and mapped the 4 directional inputs of the Mat to the arrow keys of the keyboard. As for the 4 other buttons (X, Square, O, Triangle), I actually liked how it was mapped by default so I just kept it as it is--that's why the buttons don't match up in an arcade stick/pad sense if you're paying attention to the footage. But ergonomically, having Square on the DDR Mat be the 2 button in-game worked out pretty well.
