I was watching a Swingset of Death compilation and the guy stumbled upon this glitch. Could be used for Classic% speedruns (Any% ones just use taxis and it's much faster than getting this to work)
It's possibly a very rare teleportation glitch, as I haven't been able to get it working myself, even after replicating it. I only managed to get killed or launched back a few meters and have Niko fall down in a non-ragdoll animation. I used a 1.0.7.0 version of the game that time. The guy that got this was playing on the Xbox 360's latest version of the game.
