So for the start, the gunfight goes as follows: Kill everyone (no exceptions) in sight until the rocket guy. Try and kill the two guys beside him before the cutscene where he's actually "introduced". After that, be sure to shoot the rocket and not him, which skips directly to the cutscene where Fabiana hits the bus stop. If you killed every enemy before and the two guys before hitting the rocket guy's rocket, you should have the bullet cam on the last dude which skips straight to the cutscene where Fabiana crashes into a wall instead of Fabiana driving for a bit, delaying the cutscene, which saves some seconds.

Excuse the quality. Max Payne 3 doesn't work on OBS because of how bad my laptop is, so I used Bandicam, which I think is lower in recording quality than when I record with OBS.
