Found this while fucking around in the game, pretty cool, though I don't think it exactly saves a lot of time.

In order to not get Fabianna killed by a ghost, you have to use the future data when the guy comes OUT OF the door, not before, or else you won't have enough time to shoot the guy in the black shirt down below.
