I'm really excited for this video because we'll be testing the most anticipated Remaster of this year GTA: The Trilogy The Definitive Edition.
The Definitive Edition has been in development for two years and Rockstar officially announced it on 8th of October 2021, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of Grand Theft Auto III.
In a press release, Rockstar Games confirmed a complete list of enhancements coming to GTA: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition. The game will support 4K 60 FPS performance on PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X.
Characters, weapons and vehicles will have a higher resolution textures. The lighting system is completely overhauled for more realistic shadows, reflections and lights. The draw distance has also been improved in each title to provide more depth and definition to the in-game worlds.
But probably more important than the graphical improvements are the additional features and mechanics which in my opinion will make those decades-old games more enjoyable to play.
The the first game from the GTA Trilogy that we'll be testing is GTA San Andreas, so guys lets go ahead and test how the remaster performs on the Playstation 5.
